WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For orders shipping to the U.S., we ship USPS First-Class Mail which takes 1-3 business days in a recyclable envelope. Please recycle.

  • If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing the following day. Please allow 2 days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipment to arrive.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
  • If you have questions regarding your shipment go to your tracking information. If you do not receive it in proper time and you are not getting answers regarding the tracking please email CareRing at customerservice@CareRingCover.com.
  • For international orders, we will provide you with an estimated ship date. Actual arrival date may vary based on transport times and customs clearance.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

All orders are shipped via secure carrier.

  • CareRing will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box unless specified through email by customer to customerservice@CareRingCover.com
  • Wholesale orders shipped to the US, will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on weight and will have tracking ability which will be sent to customer. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    International orders will be shipped at no additional charge, via secured carrier, DHL or Fedex and the customer will be notified of shipping information.
    IMPORTER OF RECORD
    The importer of record refers to the individual or company who is responsible for ensuring that goods are imported in accordance with all laws
    and regulations of the destination country or region. The importer of record is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the
    customs or the carrier.

    For Canadian orders the customer is the importer of record.
